Our Purpose
We are committed to the pursuit of equitable employment opportunities. To begin this, we recognize that there are a multitude of factors that prevent you from getting hired in today's job market. These issues plague the job market preventing many people like you from getting the job you deserve. We hope to eliminate most if not all of these factors with our services. Our services also benefit employers, helping to provide diversity and fair hiring to their companies. This can help to grow business and increase the applicant pool in which businesses can hire from.
Three Easy Steps
How it Works
We provide a medium between employers and job seekers. We host a website in which job seekers can look through partnered businesses that fit their needs. Once you find a suitable business and respective position you would like to apply for, your application is sent to the business and is reviewed before deciding whether or not to proceed with an interview. Once you arrive at the interview stage we host an interview in which your face and voice can be distorted for anonymity. We recognize that many employers may desire to hear the voice of applicants which is why we allow employers to select a non-distorted option for applicants voice during the interview.
